As anyone who has read "Shards" knows, it ends on a bit of a cliffhanger. (Okay, two huge cliffhangers. Sorry about that.)
It’s going to be a little while yet until part two of "Shards", AKA "The War of the Ravels", will be available, so in the interest of alleviating excess worry, I’ve posted the resolutions to the cliffhangers at the links below.
These are first drafts, so they are subject to change, but they are definitely the direction the story is going in part two.
Unless I change my mind.
This Isn’t Disneyland
Be advised that some of the material posted here may (and, in fact, does) contain strong language and mature themes. Also, people often get killed in various ways; it's an occupational hazard when you're a character in a horror story.
Note that most of the Amazon.com links on this site go through my Amazon affiliate gateway, which means Amazon gives me a kickback (or, if you're buying one of my books, an extra kickback) on the purchase price. Hope you don't mind ... There's no extra charge applied by Amazon for using the gateway.

It’s Memorial Day and I’m feeling lazy, so I figured I would just do another giveaway. You may remember a while back I posted the full PDF of Dragon Stones; so I thought I would follow that up with the full PDF of Long Before Dawn. Because, you know, nothing says “Memorial Day” like a bunch of vampires trying to overrun and destroy a small town in upstate New York. And so, here it is, Long Before Dawn!
Of course, Long Before Dawn and my other published books are also available in dead tree, Kindle, and generic e-book versions as well, if you prefer to spend money instead.
Don’t forget to vote for the next scene of the month, coming next week!
So I finally got around to seeing “Zombieland”, in which Woody Harrelson and Jesse Eisenberg do battle with hordes of undead as well as Emma Stone and Abigail Breslin (in a road trip only marginally less strange than the one she took in “Little Miss Sunshine”). As you probably know from the trailers, Woody and Jesse have much more success against the zombies than against the girls.
